Yes, I'm still attempting to have a successful contest. I've started getting into the Sonic Boom-toon, and would like to see my OCs in some Boom-esque outfits. Please read carefully ^^

Changed the prizes to make things simpler.  To make things clear, there will be 2 winners and they will receive the exact same prizes. To make up for the difference in prize costs from the original, I added a commission credit for each winner up to $35. The commissions will not be done by me, but others. They only rule on that is that they must be open by the time prizes are given out. I will give you the money/points after the commissioner has accepted your order that way I know how much to send. Please note: If the commissioner you want only takes paypal and you don't have one, they must be okay with me sending the payment myself. If not you'll have to choose another.
