[OPEN] - Palette Requests

I want to brush up on my mad drawing skillz, so I'm taking palette requests. Please read the rules~

rules
1. I'll be doing these whenever I have spare time, so I may not be as quick as I normally am.
2. Humanoid characters only.
3. 1 character per palette.
4. 2 requests max per person.
5. You just get to pick the character and palette.
